AIR SHOWER is a key component of the total facility solutions to overcome one of the main sources of contaminants-human. The compact air shower designed by IQTECH can effectively purge and remove particles such as dust and lint on clothing of personnel prior to entry of cleanrooms or controlled environment.

Multi-directional powerful air jet from the nozzles produces a strong Scrubbing-And-Brushing force to detach particles from the clothing. Particle-loaded air flow is then extracted through pre-filters followed by HEPA filters via a high-performance centrifugal fan.

A standard integrated interlocking door system minimizes the risk of cross-contamination between rooms. Widely applicable in nanotechnology, LCD, wafer fab, semiconductor , biotech, medical, pharmaceutical, food processing industries, among others.
